The Coalition for Responsible Energy Development in New Brunswick (CRED-NB) is fighting for a renewable energy future without fossil fuels or nuclear energy on our electricity grid.
While all power generators and all electric grids entail environmental impacts that must be mitigated, only renewable energy can make clean electricity because wind turbines, solar panels and other renewable sources of energy generation do not emit greenhouse gases or toxic radioactive wastes when operating. CRED-NB actively promotes the transition to renewable energy and energy storage systems. We have also developed a plan for a sustainable renewable energy electricity grid in New Brunswick.
