Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) today released its draft federal policy on radioactive waste, as well as the final version of its “What we heard” report from the consultations held in 2021. Both documents are available on the NRCan website, HERE.
CRED-NB is on a national steering committee to provide input into the new policy. We will be meeting to review the government documents and evaluate next steps.
