Have your say on climate policy development

Two opportunities to share your opinion about climate policy.

Federal consultation on Canada’s Climate Plan, deadline Jan. 14. Environment and Climate Change Minister Guilbeault launched a consultation in December that’s open until Jan. 14. It’s open to all Canadians and members of the public are encouraged to give their input.

The direct link to the federal government’s feedback survey is HERE.

The group Climate Messengers Canada developed a toolkit including suggested responses to the survey. Their toolkit is HERE.

Online consultation on New Brunswick’s renewed climate change action plan will take place from Jan. 24 to Feb. 24. The link is not up yet, the GNB media release is HERE.

Dr. Louise Comeau from the Conservation Council of New Brunswick will be presenting CCNB’s intervention on Jan. 18. Louise will make her slides available in both official languages ASAP, and we will share the link on the CRED site, as well as the link to the consultation site when it is up.

We encourage all CRED-NB champions and everyone concerned about policy to fight climate change to have their say in these consultation opportunities.
