Physicist dismisses molten salt nuclear reactors as a “waste of time”

Nuclear expert M.V. Ramana at the University of British Columbia was interviewed recently in an Energy program on YouTube. In this interview, Ramana discusses the many problems inherent in molten salt reactors, such as the one proposed by Moltex for Point Lepreau and supported by both the provincial and federal government.
